By placing an order through our platform, you agree to follow the return and refund terms provided below. If a return is necessary, we’ve outlined our process to make it as easy as possible. 

Eligibility for Return 
To qualify for a return,  

  • Products must be in unused, unwashed, and original condition. 
  • All original tags, labels, and boxes must be returned intact. 
  • Products that have been worn, cleaned, or altered will not be accepted. 
  • You must initiate your return request within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please contact our customer service within this window to begin the process. 
  • Items that do not meet the conditions above will not be eligible for return. 

How to Initiate a Return 

Step 1: Submit a Return Request 
Send an email to corvententerprises@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for return. 

Step 2: Provide Visual Proof 
For items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect, attach clear photos showing the issue to speed up the review process. 

Step 3: Follow the Instructions 
After your return is approved, we’ll email you the complete return instructions. 

We reserve the right to decline returns that don’t align with our guidelines and criteria. 

Refund Process & Timeline 

Once your returned item arrives and is inspected, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved or denied. If approved, we’ll issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the transaction is complete. 

Partial Refund Guidelines 

In situations where the product only partially meets the return standards, such as minor damage or missing packaging, we may issue a partial refund, based on our discretion. 

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product 

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Send clear photos or videos of the issue via email so we can resolve the matter efficiently.
